BLNCD products are dietary supplements.

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.

Once an order enters processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.

All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Replacements Policy.

Products are sold for personal or household use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, customs, and handling charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

You represent and warrant that all payment information provided is accurate, complete, and authorized, and you agree to pay all charges incurred.

SECTION 5 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some BLNCD products are offered on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard
Cancellations must be made before the next billing date

Failure to cancel prior to renewal constitutes authorization to charge the payment method on file.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT & RISK OF LOSS

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from third-party fulfillment centers and warehouses located in the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

BLNCD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or events beyond our control.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and materials on the Services are the property of Getblncd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Getblncd is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are transactions directly between you and Getblncd.

You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Getblncd, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any related claims.
