Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.


Fulfillment Location

All BLNCD orders are fulfilled and shipped from United States-based fulfillment centers and warehouses.


Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High-volume periods

  • Events beyond our control


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, you must contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders rejected, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities are not refundable.
