REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the limited circumstances outlined below.


Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only offered if your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

  • Lost in transit


Claim Timeframes

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Lost in transit orders:
    Must be reported within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

Claims submitted outside these timeframes will not be accepted.


How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, contact us at flow@getblncd.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief explanation

Do not return any items unless explicitly instructed to do so.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Approved Claims

If your claim is approved:

  • Replacements will be shipped within 2–3 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process refunds.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal preference, taste, or lack of results

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages

  • Orders already in production or processing

For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements cannot be returned once delivered.


Shipping Issues

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are not refundable

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

  • Orders marked as “delivered” but not received must be reported within 5 days of delivery confirmation


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The product is eligible under EU health and hygiene regulations

Opened dietary supplements are exempt from return under EU consumer protection laws due to health and safety reasons.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider

  2. Allow additional processing time
